Listing with TLC Property Management Co. is easy, flexible and beneficial to the homeowner. TLC agrees to accept the responsibility of renting the property and treating it with respect as if it were our own. To maximize rental occupancy, TLC shall extend its best efforts to promote and advertise the rental of the Property as market conditions and circumstances permit and in accordance with Owner's calendar. TLC is responsible for expenses incurred related to marketing, advertising and design of promotional materials for the property.
Bottom line - you pay nothing unless your property is rented. We don't make money unless you do!

RENTAL SERVICES - 15% OF RENTAL FEE - 10% FOR LONG-TERM (longer than 6 months)

Calendar/Availability Management
Key Disbursement
Issuing renters with directions, property rules, and local area information
Provide renters with our 24-hour emergency contact number
Property/Inventory check at end of rental to ensure no damages, etc.
Lease development
Coordination with cleaning company (if other than TLC)
Accounting (Invoicing, collecting rents and security deposits, holding security deposits and making relevant deductions if any damages, deduct commissions and issue profit to homeowner with monthly statement)
